About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to lead a team of employees at our logistics hub in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, safety, and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and guide team members to meet performance targets.
- Issue clear instructions and orders to sub‑ordinates.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Ensure deadlines are met and work hours are accurately approved.
- Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service across all touchpoints.
