About the role
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead a team at our meat supply facility in Singapore. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards of safety and customer service, and support the achievement of production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and guide team members to meet performance expectations.
- Issue clear instructions and orders to subordinate staff.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Ensure deadlines are met and approve work hours.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all levels.
Required profile
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability, high integrity and a solid work ethic.
- Team‑player attitude with a professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
