About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our island‑wide cleaning teams in Singapore. The role involves planning daily operations, ensuring high standards of safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to staff.
Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Work on weekends and public holidays as required, with the ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
