About the role

The Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of engineering projects on Jurong Island, ensuring that all activities follow approved drawings and material specifications. Reporting to the immediate supervisor, the role combines site management, safety oversight and coordination of multiple trades.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise daily project activities and verify compliance with drawings and approved materials.
  • Plan and coordinate the day‑to‑day work schedule for the project.
  • Apply correct work methods and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain all inspection records.
  • Take responsibility for on‑site safety aspects carried out by contractors.
  • Provide solutions to improve work methods and resolve issues.
  • Review M&E drawings, check interfaces with architectural/structural drawings and advise on floor or wall opening requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

  • Junior Executive level.
  • Ability to supervise project operations and ensure safety compliance.
