About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our team across Singapore, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Required profile

Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role
Organizational and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
Problem‑solving skills
Willingness to work longer hours and stand for prolonged periods
Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
