About the role
The XINYUE TCM Health Center is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead daily operations across its islandwide facilities in Singapore. This middle‑management position involves setting objectives, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose process improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with periods of prolonged standing.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of problem‑solving.
- Willingness to work longer hours and stand for extended periods.
