About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our island‑wide facilities in Singapore. You will lead a team of workers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on schedule, and in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and monitor workers’ performance.
- Ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Track attendance, enforce discipline, and boost productivity.
- Report progress and any issues to senior management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and smoothly running work environment.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently while managing a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and well‑organized.
- Capable of performing under pressure and adhering to company procedures.
