Supervisor – Operations & Team Management

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead our floor‑covering production team across Singapore. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Organise workflow by assigning tasks, preparing schedules and monitoring progress.
- Oversee and coach employees to maintain high performance and morale.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose and implement process improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem solving.
- Willingness to work extended hours, stand for long periods and work weekends/public holidays.
