About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead daily operations across our island‑wide facilities in Singapore. The role is senior‑level, offering the opportunity to manage a team, ensure productivity, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and monitor workers’ performance.
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Track attendance, enforce discipline, and drive productivity.
Report progress, issues, and recommendations to senior management.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workflow environment.

Required profile

Proven experience in a supervisory role.
Ability to work independently while managing a team.
Responsible, disciplined, and well‑organized.
Capable of performing under pressure and adhering to company procedures.
