Supply and Distribution Planning Intern

About the role

LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic, based in Singapore, is recruiting a Supply and Distribution Planning Intern for its APAC regional team. The intern supports supply and distribution planners in managing and optimizing operations across the APAC region, working alongside them on daily planning activities and, depending on initiative, on ad hoc projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in generating and managing weekly distribution plans for APAC markets, aligned with market demand, stock levels and product availability
• Use Anaplan as the main platform for planning and monitoring distribution activities
• Support supply chain processes using SAP where required
• Monitor and manage replenishment of exceptional pieces across APAC markets, keeping inventory aligned with demand and logistics needs
• Report potential shortages or excess stock risks and propose solutions to management
• Analyze large datasets with tools such as Power Query or Power BI to support supply and demand planning decisions
• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing and production teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and take part in special projects on supply and demand planning

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management or a related field
• Able to commit full time from December 2026 to June 2027
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
