Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager, Central Asia

About the role

Based in Avanos Medical’s APAC headquarters in Singapore, the Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager for Central Asia will ensure a consistent supply of products and world‑class service to customers across the region. Reporting to the Sr. Director International Supply Chain and Customer Fulfilment, the role partners closely with commercial teams and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, drive and lead effective product demand forecasting processes across Central Asia.
• Maintain a demand‑and‑supply plan covering the next 12‑24 months, with detailed focus on the next 3‑6 months.
• Engage major distributors and key accounts to guide their forecasting, inventory planning and ordering practices.
• Drive an order pipeline covering a 2‑6 month forward period.
• Organise and lead monthly demand and supply planning reviews, promoting continuous improvement.
• Communicate demand‑supply information to APAC finance, marketing, management and relevant US‑based teams.
• Ensure robust forecast accuracy metrics aligned with International S&OP processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Experience working with distributors and key accounts in a regional context.
• Ability to analyse demand‑supply alignment with financial budgets.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
