Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist ensures smooth order fulfillment and high‑quality service for finished‑goods and POSM customers. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams, logistics partners and customers, guaranteeing accurate processing, timely delivery and proper documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders in SAP, verify pricing, and align shipments with market forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply, pricing and inventory issues.
• Work with third‑party logistics providers to manage delivery planning, issue PGIs and invoices, and monitor shipment progress.
• Communicate delivery dates to customers and ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) is captured.
• Schedule and optimise transport, provide advance shipping notifications and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Support peak‑period demand across markets and maintain workflow continuity with accounts and other departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements while adhering to internal controls and group policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service, preferably in a complex, multicultural environment.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre is a plus.
• Familiarity with local transportation and foreign‑trade regulations.
• Background in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Traditional Chinese for communication with Taiwan‑based partners.
