Supply Chain & Data Analyst

About the role

Analog Devices is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Business Unit Supply Chain team. The role suits a recent graduate who enjoys working with data, solving problems and using technology to improve business processes. You will work with global teams to analyse supply situations, support forecasting, ensure system compliance and build automation tools and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse manufacturing, inventory and supply chain data for multiple products.
• Monitor supply performance and identify potential supply issues or risks.
• Support product supply forecasting and share updates with cross-functional teams.
• Review system settings and planning parameters to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Present data and business insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards and data analysis tools.
• Use AI tools and AI agents to improve productivity and streamline processes.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to present insights clearly with data and visual reports.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self-motivated, curious and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, AI Agents and AI-assisted development.
• Preferred: knowledge of SQL and relational databases, programming in Python, Perl or similar, and experience with Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Preferred: knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations, and internship experience in analytics, manufacturing, operations or supply chain.
