Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will lead demand planning, forecasting, replenishment and supply planning for DFI Retail Group’s store network. You will ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels across all banner stores.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand.
• Build promotion uplift forecasts and manage seasonality trends.
• Collaborate with commercial, category teams and vendors to secure timely product availability.
• Create supply plans with partners, monitor inventory, and adjust replenishment orders as needed.
• Analyse data to identify trends, recommend process improvements and report on KPIs such as fill rate and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts.
• Drive supplier performance metrics and end‑to‑end planning execution.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a supply chain or demand planning role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data‑query/analytics tools.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management systems.
