Supply Chain Intern (Jan 2027 Intake)

About the role

Becton Dickinson Holdings Pte. Ltd., a global medical technology company, is recruiting a Supply Chain Intern for its January 2027 intake. The intern gains hands-on experience across global supply chain operations, contributing to process improvements, data analysis and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improvement opportunities and potential risks
• Support logistics and inventory management, including tracking shipments, monitoring stock levels and assisting with forecasting
• Take part in projects that optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing and distribution teams
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and project progress
• Research supply chain best practices and emerging technologies
• Support the implementation of new supply chain systems or tools
• Perform administrative tasks as required

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and eager to learn about complex supply chain operations
• Able to commit full time for the entire internship (January to May/June)
• Prior internship experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
