About the role
Continental Tires Holding Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a Supply Chain Management Intern to support its rubber supply operations. The role offers hands‑on experience in verifying billing, managing shipping information and supporting various supply‑chain initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a system to check and verify billing, packaging quantity and vendor details by purchase order.
- Automate open orders with accurate shipping information.
- Automate verification of freight requirements against monthly allocations.
- Prepare and archive shipping documents on demand.
- Support other supply‑chain initiatives as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of VBA and Python programming.
