Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead global supply planning and strategy. You will align demand, capacity and inventory across brands and regions, ensuring a single source of truth for forecasting and smooth execution of buy plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end global supply planning, translating long‑range plans into production and capacity requirements.
• Own the global supply signal, managing forecasts, capacity needs, vendor allocation and material requirements.
• Build and manage seasonal buy plans, PO placement strategies, buy windows and exception handling.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute buys, manage calendars and shipping schedules.
• Work with capacity planning to identify risks early and drive mitigation actions such as vendor reallocation, pre‑builds or capacity expansion.
• Partner with material planning to balance lead time and risk, and prioritize products under constrained supply.
• Drive forecast accuracy, monitor KPIs (OTP, buy acceptance rate, fill rate, calendar adherence) and report supply status to leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement, standardisation and automation of planning processes.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, with strong exposure to supply planning or capacity planning.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain including demand, production, materials and logistics.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence global and regional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable plans.
