Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations. In this role you will shape supply chain strategy, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless flow of goods, materials and information from suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimise stock availability and minimise carrying costs.
• Lead demand planning, forecasting and capacity planning processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and logistics partners.
• Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Optimise transportation networks and warehouse operations for efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and continuity challenges.
• Analyse performance using KPIs and operational metrics.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and safety standards.
• Oversee ERP and supply chain management systems to improve data accuracy and visibility.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and strategic recommendations.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing supply chain teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive continuous improvement.
