Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Huawei is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for its representative office. You will design a national supply network, align it with regional strategies, and ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods while supporting a fast‑paced, innovative technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and establish a national supply network that meets customer needs and business goals.
• Develop and implement supply, delivery, and logistics plans tailored to local market requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end order delivery, analyzing logistics needs and mitigating bottlenecks.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle from purchase requisition to payment verification.
• Handle import/export customs clearance, applying relevant regulations and maintaining strong customs relationships.
• Control the complete goods flow, including receipt, warehousing, outbound delivery, and documentation.
• Build and manage a logistics service provider (LSP) pool with performance monitoring and cost control.
• Continuously optimize order, logistics, and procurement processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead material forecasting for key accounts and coordinate with AP and HQ planners.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• At least 7 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning, project supply management, product configuration, and network management.
• Proficiency with ERP and APS tools.
• Strong ability to analyze customer demand and identify pain points.
