Supply Chain Program Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Executive to lead end‑to‑end execution of our supply chain programmes, ensuring seamless coordination from demand planning through to customer delivery. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and logistics partners to drive on‑time, cost‑effective fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of supply chain programmes, covering demand planning, procurement, logistics and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones and track programme deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks or delays proactively.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely material supply, order accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Work with sales to manage delivery schedules, order status and programme requirements.
• Perform supplier qualification, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Maintain and update programme dashboards, metrics and reports for management review.
• Analyse material flow, lead times and cost performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and liaise with freight forwarders for import/export matters.
• Optimise transportation and warehouse operations for cost efficiency and improve supply chain visibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain programme roles within a similar industry.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification or equivalent.
