Supply Chain Program Manager – Global Supply Operations

About the role

Google is looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive on‑time, predictable material supply for its Global Networking data‑center and edge deployments. Based in Singapore, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives that connect demand, supply, inventory, labor and logistics to meet customer demand worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, ensuring material delivery aligns with forecasted capacity and deployment schedules across network locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (capacity deployment, supply planning, commodity management, data‑center labor, logistics) and external partners (installation vendors, third‑party providers) to develop and execute end‑to‑end supply strategies.
• Lead prioritization and allocation decisions, balancing demand, inventory, and resource constraints.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders across time zones.
• Provide data‑driven insights using analysis tools to support planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning for new product introductions.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, and fulfillment operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Sheets and SQL.
• Preferred: 5 years of supply chain and program management experience, cross‑functional project leadership, strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
