Supply Chain Quality Intern (Pioneer)

About the role

LVMH's hub in Singapore, which supports the cosmetics business across the APAC region, is looking for a 6-month Supply Chain Quality Intern based in the Pioneer area. The internship contributes to refining the quality process flow and developing analytical and tracking tools that improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive process optimization in Claims Management: run user acceptance tests on new online tools, support their communication and marketing, help roll them out to new APAC sites, train internal and external teams, and work with a project committee to reduce claims.
• Improve data quality management: gather evidence and determine root causes to ensure the logistics partner (Ceva) meets customer expectations, analyse quality processes with data and internal audit tools, and initiate corrective actions.
• Build common tools for weekly performance tracking and reporting, and follow up on KPIs and action plans.

Required profile

• Able to commit 6 months to the internship.
• Analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Project management and change management skills.
• Customer and result oriented, continuous improvement oriented, open-minded and a team player.

Required skills

• Good Microsoft Office technical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is a plus.
