Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Abbott is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support its Supply Chain/Customer Service function in Singapore. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, ensuring total customer satisfaction by handling internal and external inquiries and coordinating logistics with the 3PL provider.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Abbott, the 3PL warehouse, and customers.
• Monitor inventory, consignment stock, and buffer levels; perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure 3PL meets KPI standards for replenishment, product updates, and billing.
• Support sales on product launches, discontinuations, back‑orders, and quality holds.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance, finance, and regulatory policies.
• Oversee Singapore supply‑chain activities to meet sales and customer needs.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects and tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience (or 2‑5 years with a diploma).
• Experience in a medical‑devices multinational is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of product and catheterization laboratory processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, macros).
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Expertise in spreadsheet management.
