System Engineer – Windows, Linux & Network

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer to design, deploy and maintain Windows and Linux server environments while managing network infrastructure across Singapore. The role involves ensuring system security, supporting vulnerability assessments and collaborating with project teams to deliver reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Perform system administration, troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Set up and configure network devices, firewalls and switches.
• Implement cybersecurity hardening for servers and operating systems.
• Support vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) activities.
• Assist in cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Contribute to project implementation, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful system deployment.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience in Windows and/or Linux administration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switches and firewalls.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardening methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment, security hardening or system security is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Security+, CISSP are advantageous.
