System Quality Program Manager

About the role

HP is hiring a System Quality Program Manager in Singapore to lead quality assurance programs for the HP Print ecosystem. The role covers planning, budget and resource control, test execution and reporting, and works closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule, within resources and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance programs from initiation through closure, aligned with project scope, goals and deliverables
• Plan, budget and control resources for quality programs
• Run System At Glance Tests, Workflow Duration Tests and Continuous Regression Tests
• Support priority test projects, keeping internal stakeholders informed and sharing information with testers through standardized reports and regular stand-ups
• Define and manage test plans and oversee test coverage, schedules and resource adjustments
• Track quality metrics, analyse data to find improvement areas and drive continuous improvement
• Act as the main quality contact, communicate status, risks and escalations, and update senior management
• Maintain QA documentation such as test plans, test matrices and testing reports
• Promote innovation by integrating new technologies and quality methodologies

Required profile

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline, or commensurate experience
• Typically 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in software quality assurance, test harnesses or QA-focused tools
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CQE, CSQE, CASQ or CSTE are a plus
