System Support Administrator (1+1 Year Contract)

About the role

The Singapore Global Network (SGN), a division of the Economic Development Board, is looking for a System Support Administrator on a 1+1 year contract. The role supports the setup, configuration and day-to-day operation of the organisation's cloud-based tools such as Salesforce, Qualtrics and event management systems, helping business teams with form creation, user access and basic troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SaaS platforms daily to keep them running smoothly and report anomalies, access issues or unusual usage patterns.
• Configure the SaaS system for users, for example setting up and scheduling surveys and event pages.
• Provide first-level support for login issues, navigation and form edits, escalating complex issues to senior admins or vendors.
• Onboard new users by creating accounts, assigning permissions and sharing instructions.
• Troubleshoot simple configuration or data-entry issues and assist in extracting activity logs and usage reports for security and audit reviews.
• Perform data quality checks and data cleaning.
• Support the Product Manager in renewing SaaS tool procurement, including documentation and usage reviews.

Required profile

• Diploma holders and above; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Singaporean or PR.
• Detail-oriented, organised and reliable, able to handle repetitive operational tasks accurately.
• Comfortable with digital systems and step-by-step configuration, and able to pick up new tools quickly.
• Nice to have: interest in growing into a Systems Admin or Business Systems Analyst role.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Excel/CSV handling.
• Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS experience.
