System/Network Engineer – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System/Network Engineer to join our Singapore office. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless infrastructures while ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper firewalls, routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Design and implement LAN/WAN, point‑to‑point and client VPN solutions.
• Install and manage Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, SQL and VMware environments.
• Rack and stack IT equipment, perform OS installations (Windows, Linux) and manage storage solutions (HPE, Synology, FAS).
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones and coordinate with vendor support for issue resolution.
• Provide pre‑sales technical assistance and ensure network security compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–10 years of experience in server implementation, virtualization, storage and network administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work after hours or weekends for preventive maintenance.
