Systems Administrator – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Systems Administrator for our Singapore office. The role combines direct user support with infrastructure administration, troubleshooting and project work. You will collaborate with global colleagues and vendors to keep technology reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile‑device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment, trading‑floor technology and occasional data‑centre work.
• Work with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non‑technical issues.
• Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues, administer infrastructure‑level systems and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Practical systems‑administration experience across hardware, software, desk‑side, trading‑floor, AV, conferencing, event or remote‑user support.
• Strong research and analytical skills with curiosity to solve unfamiliar problems and improve processes.
• Clear interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Availability to work on site Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend assignments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Hong Kong and Shanghai.
