Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruitment operations across the organisation. You will help deliver a smooth, compliant, and efficient hiring experience while contributing to the firm’s diversity and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end administrative tasks of the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and assessment coordination.
• Maintain and update records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations.
• Prepare offer and contract documentation, support onboarding logistics, and liaise with HR Services for seamless transitions.
• Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and campus outreach initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
• Generate routine reports and dashboards on time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, and other KPIs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to prioritise open roles and manage workload efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination, preferably in financial services or a multinational environment.
• Understanding of recruitment workflows, Singapore and Hong Kong employment law fundamentals, and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, customer‑service oriented, and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data formatting).
• Experience with Workday applicant tracking system.
