Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

DHL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and execute its hiring strategy across the organization. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with senior business leaders, and ensure a strong employer brand and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team, setting KPIs and performance metrics.
• Define recruitment policies, strengthen TA capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers, Business Unit Heads, Site Managers, and corporate leaders.
• Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth, forecasting hiring needs and nurturing talent pools.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for critical, senior, and niche roles, ensuring quality of hire, time‑to‑fill, and cost efficiency.
• Plan and execute digital, social‑media‑driven recruitment campaigns, leveraging content marketing, branding videos, and employee stories.
• Utilize ATS, BI, and analytics data for data‑driven decisions and lead TA digitalisation, AI tools, and process automation.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large, global organization.
• Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams and driving performance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.

• Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics tools.
• Experience with AI recruitment tools and process automation.
