Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will shape the Defence Executive Officer (DXO) workforce for MINDEF/SAF by designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract the right talent. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align hiring needs with the broader talent landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recommend optimal recruitment approaches.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, career fairs, university events, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Represent MINDEF/SAF at career fairs and engagement events to strengthen the employer brand.
• Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, improve hiring processes, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal governance and audit requirements.
• Explore and adopt new technologies, including AI tools, to streamline recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Studies, or Psychology.
• Genuine interest in people and passion for matching talent to roles.
• Critical and systematic thinking with a focus on improving recruitment processes.
• Curious, self‑driven, and eager to learn and experiment with new tools and technologies.
