Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Liquid Group, a Singapore‑based FinTech scaling across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, is seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Manager. Reporting to the Head of People, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions and entities, ensuring rapid, professional and cost‑effective hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from intake and job description creation to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define screening criteria, run structured interview processes and coordinate interview logistics.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for senior and specialist roles, including VP, Director and Head‑of‑Function hires.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters in collaboration with the Head of People.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical functions such: Product, Engineering, Payments, Commercial and Operations.
• Run targeted sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture and the company career portal.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and maintain a cost‑effective referral programme.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience and ensure smooth handover to People Operations for onboarding.
• Own recruitment reporting and continuously improve hiring infrastructure.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Singapore technology and fintech talent market.
• Ability to work with senior, executive and individual‑contributor hiring briefs in parallel.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and external partners.
