Talent Acquisition Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Omnicom Media’s agencies and specialist practices in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Talent, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver hiring excellence across early‑career, specialist, managerial, leadership and senior roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from role briefing and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business priorities, talent gaps, hiring urgency and expected outcomes.
• Build and maintain pipelines for functions such as media, digital, performance marketing, client servicing, strategy, data, analytics, technology, commercial and corporate.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networks, agencies, talent pools and industry mapping.
• Provide advisory on role fit, compensation expectations, talent availability and commercial considerations.
• Ensure recruitment governance, employer branding, market intelligence and continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced agency or similar environment.
• Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to assess hiring needs commercially and contribute to a structured, insight‑led TA function.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to balance delivery with strategic partnership.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn (or similar professional networking platforms) for candidate sourcing.
