Talent Acquisition Partner – Technical Hiring (Singapore)

About the role

American Express is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions across the Singapore market. You will work closely with hiring leaders to attract, engage and hire top talent, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s quality and care.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for the Global Decision Science Centre of Excellence.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including AI, LLM, engineering and R&D positions.
• Co‑lead the Summer Internship Program hiring and coordinate campus engagements such as career fairs and hackathons.
• Partner with business unit stakeholders, International Colleague Strategic Partners, Compensation & Total Rewards, and Labor Relations.
• Provide market insights, advise hiring leaders, and support pragmatic hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to improve candidate and hiring leader experience using data‑driven insights.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with global guidelines and leverage technology for operational excellence.
