Talent Acquisition Recruiter, GTM (APAC)

About the role

Rogo builds AI-native tools for finance and is hiring its first dedicated GTM recruiting hire based in Singapore. You will set up what great GTM hiring looks like locally, build the employer brand and presence with candidates in the region, and work closely with global and local teams as Rogo expands its footprint in APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Run GTM recruiting for APAC end-to-end, including hiring for GTM roles across Singapore, Sydney and Japan
• Manage interview logistics across time zones and keep processes moving without bottlenecks
• Align on hiring priorities, pipeline health and process improvements across regions
• Build Rogo's presence in APAC and work with leaders to shape hiring priorities
• Establish and refine GTM recruiting best practices for the APAC candidate market
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Maintain clean, accurate data in Ashby, submit interview feedback on time and track candidate progress
• Conduct reference checks and occasionally support initial candidate screens
• Identify hiring gaps in the APAC market and propose improvements to speed and quality

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally for enterprise software, AI-native or financial services organisations
• Experience hiring in multiple APAC territories, including Japan
• Ability to manage several roles, candidates and timelines at once
• Comfortable working across time zones and with senior stakeholders, including the cofounder
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys working at a startup
