About the role

You will partner closely with business stakeholders to manage end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced financial services environment. The in‑house position requires handling multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for non‑technical functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, providing structured recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across the applicant tracking system.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within financial services or fintech firms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines.
