Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

SPEMOCEAN is seeking a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its offshore oil and gas operations. Based on‑site in Singapore, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure skilled professionals for technical and maritime roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and workforce needs.
• Maintain and grow candidate pipelines using ATS, professional networks, and digital recruitment tools.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to promote SPEMOCEAN’s culture and value proposition.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting, preferably within oil & gas, engineering, or maritime sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining detail accuracy.
