Talent Acquisition Specialist – Platform Responsibility (Third Party)

About the role

The Platform Responsibility team is driving AI‑powered content safety innovations at TikTok. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the team by sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates through the hiring process for a 12‑month temporary assignment managed by a third‑party agency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all seniority levels.
• Own interview scheduling, coordinate logistics, and communicate details to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency and support market research initiatives.
• Champion a positive candidate experience and promote TikTok as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (search firm or in‑house).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders at all levels.
