HR Specialist – End-to-End Recruitment & Employee Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration for retail, corporate and operational positions in Singapore. You will act as the primary HR contact, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and supporting payroll and benefits processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including interview coordination, background checks and offer issuance.
• Plan and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Administer leave, attendance, probation confirmations and employee movements.
• Support monthly payroll processing, overtime, commissions and liaise with payroll vendors.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance and statutory contributions (CPF, etc.).
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Support performance appraisal, confirmation processes and HR reporting (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics).
• Assist with HR initiatives such as engagement activities, training coordination and policy reviews.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Prior experience in retail or F&B is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Comfortable with retail working hours.
