Tax Associate

About the role

As a Tax Associate you will join Acclime’s growing regional team, acting as a primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients. The role offers a dynamic environment where you can develop technical tax knowledge, expand your professional network, and gain exposure to Singapore tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing corporate and individual tax compliance matters, including the preparation of income tax returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) in line with statutory deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of tax records.
• Conduct basic tax research and help resolve client queries.
• Liaise with clients and relevant government authorities on tax‑related matters.
• Support Senior Associates and Managers in tax planning and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• University graduate in accountancy or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Familiarity with Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
