Tax Director

About the role

This fully remote senior position leads the development and execution of the company’s international tax strategy. The Tax Director will shape tax positioning across multiple jurisdictions while evaluating fiscal impacts of corporate structures, cross‑border transactions, and digital‑asset investments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee global tax planning, compliance, and financial forecasting.
• Manage timely filing of tax returns in all operating jurisdictions.
• Identify and mitigate international regulatory and reporting risks.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to align tax frameworks with corporate objectives.
• Maintain relationships with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in international tax planning and compliance.
• Proven expertise with digital‑asset and blockchain tax frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a recognized professional accounting certification.
• Deep knowledge of transfer pricing, regulatory reporting, and anti‑money‑laundering requirements.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills for senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
