Head of Collections – Global Function (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a senior leader to head its global collections function from Bangkok. You will shape end‑to‑end collections strategy, drive cash realization and support the company’s liquidity and profitability across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the collections strategy for all receivable flows.
• Own cash‑collection targets, DSO, write‑off KPIs and aging metrics.
• Design a scalable operating model that combines in‑house collections with external DCAs.
• Partner with senior finance and commercial leaders to align collections policies with business growth and risk appetite.
• Lead digital and data‑driven initiatives to improve collections efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, payment mapping, credit management, cash application and account reconciliations.
• Continuously optimize processes, systems and team structures in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in global credit and collections leadership.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across finance, commercial and operations.
• Track record of scaling processes, systems and teams internationally.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
