Tax Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Director to lead our tax advisory and compliance team. This strategic leadership position will shape high‑level tax solutions for corporate and individual clients across Singapore and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax specialists delivering end‑to‑end tax compliance and consultancy services.
• Act as senior technical advisor on complex tax planning, including cross‑border structuring and M&A transactions.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and guide clients through incentive and risk‑mitigation programs.
• Drive internal process improvements and adopt digital tools to increase tax function efficiency.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored tax strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals and corporations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Law or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in tax advisory and compliance within the Singapore regulatory environment.
• Proven track record managing complex projects such as estate planning, tax incentives, and multi‑jurisdictional tax issues.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor professional teams and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and audit handling experience.
