Tax Workforce Off-Cycle Internship (Jan‑Jun)

About the role

Join PwC's Tax Services team in Singapore as a Workforce Intern. You will support senior consultants in delivering comprehensive HR operations, employment tax, immigration and total rewards solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing client‑focused solutions by understanding business needs from a holistic perspective.
• Create clear and impactful deliverables that communicate key insights.
• Support Singapore employment tax advisory work, collaborating with the corporate tax team on structuring, investments, M&A and family office setups.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives by researching market trends and best practices.
• Participate in business development activities and cross‑functional team coordination.
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep clients informed of legislative developments.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial/Statistics or Human Resources.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good conceptual understanding of theories and frameworks.
• Demonstrated involvement in co‑curricular activities.
• Passion for consulting and a desire to learn about the industry.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
