Team Lead, Education & Application Support (EAS)

About the role

d&b audiotechnik is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to head its Education & Application Support (EAS) function across the APAC region. You will shape the technical support strategy, drive service excellence and build strong regional partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC technical support and education strategy aligned with the company’s go‑to‑market plan.
• Oversee daily operations of support teams, refine processes and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with senior management, sales and marketing to integrate support initiatives with business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, assessing and enhancing their support capabilities.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team, handling recruitment, training and career progression.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse support metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in acoustics, audio production or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience and at least 7 years in audio technical support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with technical support tools, platforms and methodologies.
