About the role

Braze is seeking a hands‑on Team Lead for its Solutions Consulting team supporting the Asia‑aligned sales organization. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary Solutions Consultant on key opportunities while mentoring a growing team of consultants across multiple industry verticals and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Solutions Consultants, handling hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Serve as the lead pre‑sales advisor on complex deals, delivering product expertise, strategic vision, and best‑practice recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies.
• Travel up to 50% during peak periods to support customer engagements across the region.
• Ensure a strong technical foundation is laid during the pre‑sales phase to foster long‑term customer partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pre‑sales engineering, technical account management, or customer success.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing consulting team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow‑up capability.
• Collaborative mindset and a “team player” attitude.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast‑moving, global environment.
