Team Leader, Business Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader for our Business Consulting practice. You will act as the primary liaison for large‑scale engagements, supporting senior managers in planning, oversight, and reporting while driving continuous improvement across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for complex, high‑value consulting engagements.
• Assist Managers and Directors with project planning, oversight, and engagement reporting.
• Lead profit‑improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial resilience.
• Facilitate risk workshops, develop risk profiles, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Utilise data‑analytics tools to improve engagement effectiveness and deliver actionable insights.
• Participate in internal digitalisation projects to boost productivity across teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and construct solutions.
• Proven experience in risk advisory, compliance, or internal audit engagements.
• Leadership potential with a willingness to coach and guide project teams.
• Understanding of IT governance and cybersecurity fundamentals is a plus.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
