Team Leader/Manager, International Tax

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our International Tax team. The role involves advising clients on cross‑border transactions, restructurings, and investments while supporting M&A activities and market entry strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise businesses on domestic and international tax implications of cross‑border transactions, restructurings, and investments.
• Support M&A transactions through tax due diligence and pre‑/post‑deal structuring.
• Guide clients on market entry strategies, including shareholding, financing structures, transaction models, and incentives.
• Collaborate with service lines and global member firms to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage in client servicing and contribute to business development efforts.
• Coach and mentor staff within the team.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support departmental and organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Tax, or Business; SCTP accreditation is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore corporate tax; international tax experience is a bonus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
