Tech Product Management / Project Management Lead

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Tech Product Management / Project Management Lead to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of technology products and strategic initiatives. You will partner with business, engineering, design and architecture teams to shape product vision, roadmap and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, planning, implementation and post‑launch optimisation of technology products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap and delivery priorities.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and actionable backlogs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritisation and release management.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement based on data insights.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align business objectives with technical execution.
• Support change management, user adoption and product rollout activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in technology product management, technical project management or digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise technology products, platforms or digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, APIs and system integration concepts.
• Experience with project planning, risk and budget management.
