Technical Executive – Land Survey

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Executive specialized in land surveying to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for turning field data into accurate, standards‑compliant survey drawings that support our engineering and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software to draft cadastral, topographic, subdivision and site plans.
• Interpret field books, total‑station and GPS data and convert them into precise CAD drawings.
• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with field surveyors and engineers to verify data accuracy.
• Conduct quality‑control reviews to identify and correct errors or omissions.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date project records and filing systems.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills for liaising with field staff and engineers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Experience with total‑station and GPS surveying equipment.
• Ability to process and translate survey data into CAD drawings.
